We offer FREE US SHIPPING on all orders over $100.
Standard delivery times range from 5–10 business days, depending on location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and International shipping is coming soon —stay tuned by signing up to our newsletter!

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 days, and products must be returned in their original packaging. To start a return, contact our support team with your order number. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

PACKFIRE gear is built to last—but if something’s not right, we’ve got your back.
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers factory defects and premature wear in materials or workmanship, under normal use.

This includes:
Structural failure
Manufacturing flaws
Abnormal deterioration of materials

What’s not covered: cosmetic wear, damage from misuse, or modifications.
