PACKFIRE is the patented round fire pit that folds flat for portability—no bulky storage, no complicated setup. With its QuickDraw™ Leg Base, you can unfold it in seconds, and the proprietary airflow design delivers a hot, low-smoke burn faster than competitors.
Yes! PACKFIRE uses innovative technology to maximize airflow and heat circulation to cut down smoke. However, when you start a fire, initial smoke is impossible to avoid. Like all fire pits, proper fuel makes the biggest difference. We recommend using dry, seasoned wood.
While PACKFIRE doesn’t come with a grill top (yet), it’s perfect for roasting marshmallows, skewers, or anything campfire-friendly. We’re working on compatible cooking accessories—stay tuned by subscribing to our email list.
Over 2,400 square inches of burn volume—plenty of space for full-size 16” logs and a wide, even heat zone. That means more warmth for everyone around the fire, not just whoever scored the “hot seat.”
PACKFIRE works with standard 16” logs (no chopping needed). Just make sure your fuel is dry and well-seasoned for best performance.
Under typical outdoor conditions, PACKFIRE can cool enough to handle in as little as 2 hours after the fire is extinguished. Always use fire gloves and carefully check the temperature before packing up.

PACKFIRE weighs 35 lbs in total (including the backpack). The fire pit itself is 27.5 lbs, and the backpack adds 7.5 lbs.

PACKFIRE has a removable ash dump tray. Once it’s cooled, just dump the tray, give it a wipe, and store it flat in the bag.

You can register your product online here. Registering activates your Limited Lifetime Warranty and unlocks access to product care tips and exclusive offers.
Visit packfire.com/pages/claim to start a claim. You’ll need your serial number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product. If your product is not registered, you’ll be prompted to upload proof of purchase. Once submitted, our support team will respond within 3–5 business days.
You’ll find the serial number etched or printed near the base of the burn chamber or on the ash tray. It may also be on the label inside your packaging.
Most returns and warranty claims are processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your product is received and inspected.
The warranty covers structural failure, manufacturing flaws, and abnormal deterioration of materials under normal use. It does not cover cosmetic wear, regular wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse. You can view the full terms here.
Yes—depending on the issue, we’ll send replacement parts when possible. This helps reduce waste and gets you back to the fire faster. Just let us know what’s wrong when you file your claim, and we’ll find the best solution.
