Yes! PACKFIRE uses innovative technology to maximize airflow and heat circulation to cut down smoke. However, when you start a fire, initial smoke is impossible to stop immediately. Also, like all fire pits, proper fuel makes the biggest difference. We recommend using dry, seasoned wood.
PACKFIRE doesn't have a dedicated grill, but you can roast marshmallows, hotdogs, and other campfire snacks. Cooking accessories may be available in the future! Stay tuned by signing up to our newsletter.
PACKFIRE is a full-sized fire pit that weighs 35 lbs in total (when stowed in its backpack). The fire pit itself is 27.5 lbs and the bag weighs 7.5 lbs.
